Shipping times displayed on the Store are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We work with third-party suppliers, fulfillment partners, and shipping carriers, and delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Customs authorities
• Global suppliers or fulfillment partners
• Force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Our Store is hosted on Shopify's e-commerce platform. Shopify provides the technology that enables us to operate the Store and process transactions.

All purchases made through the Store are made directly with Mimi Cat Living and not with Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for the products sold through the Store, product fulfillment, customer support, returns, or warranties relating to products purchased from the Store.

We do not guarantee that:
